About the Position:
Under the direction of the Office Chief of Transportation Planning, a Supervising Transportation Planner, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for the administrative functions of the Division of Planning & Local Assistance including providing assistance to the Deputy District Director (DDD) of Planning and Local Assistance, personnel and business management, procurement of office needs, budget formulation and execution, customer service, and administrative services. Duties involve coordinating directly with Division executive, management, and rank & file staff, Headquarters, District Budgets, vendors, and external partners in a professional and timely manner. On-site work in addition to remote is required for this position.
